What Annette Does:
Annette is a Natural Health Coach and Energy Guide, who works with Conscious-preneurs, Baby Boomers, highly sensitive Empaths & Indigo adults. She facilitates others to have less pain, less suffering and stress, so they can have more energy and passion to go for their dreams, and fill their bucket-list.
Living life passionately is much more Fun when we are feeling fit and fabulous.
Annette inspires, educates and facilitates healing through nature and energy. She has experienced and guides others to understand how the body heals itself when you’re given a personalized natural health plan that increases your energy, and where you are guided through the healing process, one step at a time. Healing is actually a journey, and having a guide to walk with you facilitates faster results.
Annette has educated, coached and guided clients to reclaim their health naturally through teaching groups at the College of the Rockies, facilitated on-line healing courses, and coached clients one on one when they couldn’t find answers to their various health challenges.
Annette is a trained Chartered Herbalist, Iridologist, Natural Health Coach and Energy mover.
She has trained with the Father of Iridology Dr. Bernard Jensen in 2000, and received her Chartered Herbalist Certification from one of the original Herbal colleges, Dominion Herbal College in B.C., Canada in 1997.
She ran her own Herbal/Nutrition private consulting practice and worked in the health food store industry for many years.
In 2008, her next journey was to embark on the Path of Spiritual Awakening and Consciousness. .
This calling brought her to many Spiritual places such as Mt. Shasta, Sedona, Az., and St Marie De Le Mer France, where she dove into learning about Spirit, Energy, History, Ley lines, vortexes and moving energy to heal.
.Annette has also trained as a Spiritual-preneur Coach, Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, & various emotional healing modalities such as Emotion Code.
Her ultimate Passion is her Work with Horses for Helping Humans Heal. She received her Horse Specialist training With Eagala- Equine Assisted Guided and Learning Association and looks forward to doing more of her unique approach in horses as healers work.
Her skills and talent in blending modalities, allows her clients to receive the maximum benefits they require. Having a trained guide to walk you through the dark forest is a Blessing.
Outside of her passions of Natural Health coaching and Energy Healing, Annette loves everything to do with country living, horses, fire ceremonies, dancing, traveling and experiencing new people and cultures.
Authentic honest relationships and deep soul conversations are like candy to the soul.
Here is a picture of her vacationing in Sedona, Arizona 2010, where she (and her family) went to the Hopi Mesa’s, and were Blessed to meet the Chief and spend time in one of their original clay homes.

Annette’s Personal Transformation Story
In her late 20’s Annette’s energy levels plummeted. She began to get sick more often and the flu’s lasted longer and longer. She visited her Dr. and at first nothing could be found. Then after a regular pap smear, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and then a few months later, a low thyroid condition as well. After the laser surgery and thyroid medication didn’t return her to her normal enthusiastic energy, she began to look elsewhere.
She knew something else had to be possible.
She was lead to the Natural Healing Arts, and a book by Dr. Bernard Jensen called Beyond Basic Health. She saw hope in Natural Health to find solutions that resonated deep within her, which began a journey of healing through Nature and her connection and trust in Spirit/God.
She asked the heavens for a change and made a promise. If she could leave the rat race of the city and move to the country, she would commit to learning more about the Natural Healing Arts.
The Universe responded and within 2 years she quit her corporate job of 14 years and moved to the country. She started her studies of Herbs, Nutrition, Iridology~ (the eyes), energy healing,, horses and healing, and she has never looked back.
That was over 25 years ago.
Annette’s Roots:
Annette was born on a farm in Saskatchewan, and now lives in a small community in B.C., Canada. She has 2 sons who are now in their mid 20’s, exploring and living their lives passionately.
